Payment information. Patient payments are processed through Tebra's applicable payment services. We do not represent that payment card information is collected directly by the public Angular website.

We do not currently offer a general public website contact form that submits medical information directly to our website application.

Tebra's embedded booking technology may load third-party operational, diagnostic, or analytics tools. We are reviewing the precise configuration and data transmitted through those technologies.

Please do not send sensitive medical information through ordinary email or general website inquiries. Use the patient communication options designated by our team for confidential healthcare information.
